Norma's Chick

Absolutely one of my favorite little ceramic objects to paint is Norma's Chick, originally owned by a best friend's grand mother. This little chick makes appearances in painting commissions, like "Ruby's Books", drawings in stellar art collections like "Baby Bottle", and even "Junkyard Sun" currently available through the LA Spring/Break Art Show online. Norma's Chick is printed on paper, hand cut, adhered with glue to an all natural soap, and covered in a thin layer of organic beeswax to protect the artwork while you wash your hands. I understand people are having a hard time using these soaps. It's definitely cool to put them on your book shelf and enjoy the aroma of essential oils. Please remember though to enjoy your life while you have it. One day you will not be a spring chicken, so to speak. I would advise to eventually use the soap.
