Matryoshka Nest

Yes, I admit, $30 is expensive for one bar of soap, but for good reason. It is a super special soap, depicting the magic of a Matryoshka doll! The painting, originates from my multi-canvas installation entitled "One Basket" that was on view during "Stealth Peace" a solo show of 2015 at Nancy Margolis Gallery, when the gallery was located in the prime ground floor spot of 523 West 25th ST in NYC. The Matryoshka is printed in varying sizes, hand cut and protected under a thin layer of beeswax. Those little dolls don't cut themselves out by hand, lol! The scents of essential oils will travel through waves of air to delight your olfactory system, while your eyes are reminded to give thanks for all the mothers past, present and future. At approximately 1.5 x 2.5 x .75 inches, each soap is just the right size to liven up the area around your sink with an exceptional aroma and visual charm. You may decide to cherish your most expensive soap by choosing to display it in lieu of washing your hands with it. It makes a great addition to the artwork in your bathroom. Matryoshka Nest is pictured here on the handmade Nature Walk bar and is also found on the Burnt Orange Patchouli bar, and Koala Kraze bar, but you will have to purchase to see. Appearances of the various soap bars differ, but the artwork like unconditional motherly love stays the same. I recommend buying two other soaps, perhaps Mama Cat or Norma's Chick to fill up the new "White Glove Soap" box that fits three soaps and comes free with your order.
